Teen Zero Drivers Education Program

Grand County School District and Teen Zero have teamed together to do bring to our school a program to educate parents and students about the importance of being a responsible driver.

Teen drivers are the highest risk drivers on our roads today. With the Teen Zero Program, the goal is to give parents and teens some direction and skills that will help keep our kids safe as they begin their driving experiences.

As a school district, our goal is to reach the zero fatalities mark for our community.  We have seen the devastation that comes from teen deaths, and we feel we can give our teens the proper tools to stay safe on the roads with this program.

Because of the importance of teen lives, we as a district have set up a parent night with Teen Zero as part of our new curriculum.  This parent night will be mandatory for all students wanting to take Driver Education.  Each student planning on taking Driver Education third trimester must attend this presentation on Thursday February 27th at 6:00 pm or Friday February 28th at 8:00 am at the Middle School Band Room.
