The football field was damaged during recent work on the new track. The condition of the field was already fairly poor to begin with. The contractor is picking up a substantial portion of the complete re-sodding of the field so this is an opportunity to improve the quality and safety of our field for our students.The safety of our students is one of our highest concerns. The work began last Monday. We anticipated it being ready for our first game barring unforseen circumstances.
