Due to COVID-19, GCHS Administration and Counseling Department have worked tirelessly to create a Master Schedule with the overall goal of increasing social distancing within our school and obtaining the lowest possible number of students per class. This process will take several days. Once the new schedule
has been formatted and re-populated with students who have elected to return full time to school, we will be able to begin the process of customizing individual schedules. We will be unable to make any changes to your individual schedules until the new Master Schedule has accurately loaded. Please know, this will most likely change what you currently see on your schedule.

The Southeast Utah Health Department is offering free testing to Grand County on Monday, August 31st, from 1-5 pm at Grand County High School. Masks are required and SUHD is asking each individual to register at least 24 hours beforehand if possible.

If you have registered your student and paid your fees online you are not required to come to registration!

Grand County High School needs substitute teachers, substitute custodians and substitute food service workers.

We would like to invite you to become a member of the Grand County High School Community Council. The main purpose of this council is to help each school improve student achievement by developing a plan based on district and school goals. For more information please follow the link.

Governor Herbert released a new mask mandate for Utah schools. It doesn't drastically change Grand's plan. Now, face shields should only be worn in rare cases when communication depends on a face shield (like speech instruction) and should only be worn by students who need to wear a face shield as specified in a 504 or IEP. Also, bandanas are no longer an option. Thanks for staying flexible with us as we receive new information from the Governor.

Utah just approved Pandemic EBT benefits for school-aged children who were receiving Free & Reduced Lunch benefits on or before March 16, 2020. Families have until August 31, 2020 to apply for up to $308 per child
