Grand County Education Foundation -High School Senior Scholarship 2024
Grand County Education Foundation is pleased to announce that we will award one $1000 Scholarship to a 2024 Grand County High School Graduate.

The winner will be decided by placing all qualified applicants’ names in a random drawing.  The winner will be announced during the Grand County High School Senior Scholarship Awards Presentation.

To qualify for the scholarship, you must have a High School GPA of greater than 2.5 but also less than 3.5, and enrollment in Post-Secondary School, Fall of 2024. (Students with >3.5 GPA will not be included in the drawing).  This scholarship opportunity is for a student who may not already have earned several other merit scholarships based on high GPA.

Please join us for the Annual Youth Voices Speak Out Premier this Tuesday, January 23rd from 6-7:30 in the GCHS Auditorium.  This event showcases teenagers speaking on common mental health problems and identifies school and community resources to help.  Students who participated in the Youth Voices Speak Out Contest will be eligible for consideration for cash prizes.  We look to give away $3,000 of cash prizes to the winners of the Youth Voices Speak Out Contests.  Come support our youth and learn about how they find resilience through their trials.
